I've been having an unhealthy diet this days ... not good, NOT GOOD! KFC, MAC, prata, char kueh tiao, chicken wings, and etc ... have been on my list lately. Used to be a health-conscious person and i will try nt to touch these food if i could ... bt nowadays i juz heck care and eat wat i wants. Soupy dish, noodles, steamed stuffs are all out. I WANT MY HEALTHY LIFESTYLE BACK !!!

And my sis going abroad tmr. I've reminded her to bring back some souveniers for me ... for us ... hehe. But dono whether she reali would. She nv even say OK.
